刘攀,男,东南大学交通学院院长、教授、博士研究生导师、东南大学青年特聘教授。19799月生。2000年毕业于东南大学道路与铁道工程专业,获学士学位。2006年毕业于美国南佛罗里达大学土木工程系,获博士学位。20068月至20071月在南佛罗里达大学土木工程系担任博士后研究员,并于20071月起担任客座助理教授。20089月回到东南大学工作。目前担任中国公路学会城市交通分会常务理事、公安部交通管理科学研究所客座研究员,道路交通安全公安部重点实验室学术委员会委员,中国智能交通协会专家委员会交通安全专业委员会委员,中国交通协会青年科技工作者委员会副主任委员,交通运输研究(上海)论坛理事及学术委员会委员,教育部、科技部国家科技奖励评审专家等学术兼职。

    主要研究方向包括交通安全、交通设计、交通控制和智能交通。先后主持了自然科学基金(5项)、国家科技支撑计划、“863”计划、中国工程院重大咨询研究项目专题等多项国家级科研项目。2009年入选东南大学优秀青年教师教学科研资助计划,2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2013年获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金资助,2015年获得霍英东青年教师奖,2016年获评青年长江学者,2017年获得江苏省青年五四奖章。在交通工程、土木工程领域国内外知名期刊和学术会议发表或被录用论文150余篇,其中72篇被SCI/SSCI检索(第一/通讯作者50)97篇被EI检索。申请发明专利59项,其中46项已授权。获得国家软件著作权6项。部分研究成果被美国道路通行能力手册(2010版)等国内外标准、规范采用,并在工程实践中得到推广和验证,产生了显著的社会经济效益。为二十多种国际知名会议和核心期刊担任审稿人。
