洪振舜,男,2002年作为东南大学引进人才由日本交通运输省港湾技术研究所回国担任东南大学交通学院教授、博士生导师,河海大学、南京水利科学研究院兼职教授,江苏省六大高峰人才,中国力学学会岩土力学专业委员会常务委员,《岩土工程学报》、《防灾减灾工程学报》、《岩石力学与工程学报》(英文版)编委。作为项目负责人,已经承担了国家基金面上项目4项、国家高新技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目1项、南水北调重大工程创新项目3项,发表了20多篇SCI收录学术论文,拥有国家发明专利10多项。
