Teaching focus:

(1) Construction materials of pavements;

(2) Numerical simulation of mechanical/acoustic response of pavements.

Research focus and current interests:

(1) Functional pavements, such as low-noise pavements and one-way heat-dissipation pavements;

(2) Recycling of asphalt and concrete pavements;

(3) Long-term performance of asphalt pavements;

(4) Asphalt pavements in softground regions.
