李志斌,男,博士,研究员,博士研究生导师。1983年生。2006年毕业于东南大学交通工程专业,获学士学位。2014年毕业于东南大学交通运输规划与管理专业,获博士学位。2006年至2008年在东南大学交通学院任辅导员。201011月至201112月在美国加州大学伯克利分校交通研究所博士联合培养,20125月至9月在美国加州大学伯克利分校访问研究。20151月至20166月在美国华盛顿大学智能交通应用与研究实验室担任博士后研究员。20173月至9月在香港理工大学土木与环境工程系担任博士后研究员20166月起在东南大学交通学院工作。

  

主要研究方向包括智能交通系统、交通控制优化、交通流理论、交通安全评价、数据挖掘建模等。先后主持和参与了国家自然科学基金、江苏省自然科学基金、美国联邦交通部等20余项科研项目。获国家智能交通协会优秀博士学位论文、江苏省优秀博士学位论文、第23届世界智能交通大会大陆地区唯一杰出学生奖。入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”计划、东南大学“仲英青年学者”、东南大学优青培育计划等。目前担任世界交通运输大会(WTC)数据融合和分析及特征提取技术委员会主席、COTA国际交通科技年会智能交通领域编辑、中国交通运输协会青年科技工作者委员会委员等。

  

在交通工程领域国内外知名期刊和学术会议上发表或被录用论文百余篇,其中54篇被SCI/SSCI检索(第一作者/通讯作者34篇),含JCR一区论文19篇,在Google Scholar累计被引800余次,在Web of Science 累计被引361次;84篇被EI检索,55篇被美国交通运输研究协会(TRB)会议收录。授权国家发明专利20余项,获软件著作权4项。为三十多种国际知名期刊和会议担任审稿人,近年来审稿百余篇,多次受邀在国际学术会议及知名高校做学术报告。研究成果荣获“2017年中国公路学会科学技术奖”一等奖(排名第二)、“2017年江苏省科学技术”三等奖(排名第五)。
