Dr. Qiao Huang is the Professor and Doctoral tutor of Southeast University. Professor Huang is the director of Bridgeand Tunnel Engineering ResearchInstitute and theleader of BridgeEngineering Discipline of Southeast University. Selectedas the first and second echelons of thetalents project of the Nation and enjoys the State Council Governmentspecial allowance.
Have being engaged in bridge engineering teaching, scientific research and management work for more than 30years. Carried out numerous technical consultation work and engineeringpractice in the field of scientific research, design, detection, construction,maintenance and management of bridge Engineering.
Have been undertaking2 projects funded by NaturalScienceFoundationofChina. Participated in and completed dozens of scientificresearch and technical consultation supported by province, ministry and local government.
