Fei Chen, Professor, Ph.D Advisor，Vice-directorof the Road Engineering Institute in School of Transportation.He got hisbachelor degree in 1988 from Southeast University of Department of CivilEngineering in highway. After that, he was working as an Associate Professor inthe Department of Highway and Railway Engineering, Southeast University. He hasprofessional experiences on road design, road safety, road landscape and so on.

Meanwhile, he haspublished more than 30 papers, 2 of which were indexed by SCI and another 10were indexed by EI.
