Min Zhaohui spent his college life in the Transportation Department of Southeast University and he received Master Degree in 1996, then he has served for the Highway Administration of Anhui province for five years. In 2001, He returned to Southeast University to research in the technology of pavement on steel deck. In 2004, he received PhD degree and then started his teaching career in the Transportation College of Southeast University.
