Dr. Xiao Fu is now an associate professor at School of Transportation, Southeast University in Nanjing, China. Dr. Fu obtained her Ph.D. degree in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2015. She is also attached to National University of Singapore during the PhD study. Dr. Fu has published a number of papers in high level international academic journals. Her research interests include equilibrium models for multi-modal transport network, activity-based approach for modeling travel choice behavior, network uncertainty, and geographic information system. Dr. Fu is honored as “The Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent” of Jiangsu Province and “The Six Talent Peak” of Jiangsu Province. She is also awarded Remote Sensing and GIS Science & Technology Award for Chinese Youth in 2016. Now she is the principal investigator (PI) for several research projects at the national and provincial level. Students with mathematics, transportation, computer or GIS background are welcome to apply for graduate study with Dr. Fu.
