Expertise

Research in the field of Geotechnical Engineering, with a specific focus on excavation-induced ground movements and their effects on nearby structures. Current research includes centrifuge, machine learning, numerical and experimental (model test, element test, large shaking table test) studies of problems related to tunnels, piles, mines, subgrade and soil-structure interaction.
