Engaged in long-term research on inspection, monitoring, evaluation, operational decision-making, big data analysis, and structural analysis of large span bridges, with over 50 published papers. Participated in research on national major engineering projects, including the 3rd Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, Jiangyin Yangtze River Bridge, Sutong Yangtze River Bridge, Runyang Yangtze River Bridge, Taizhou Yangtze River Bridge, Husutong Yangtze River Bridge, Changtai Yangtze River Bridge, Xianxin Road Yangtze River Crossing, Xihoumen Bridge, Humen Bridge, Nansha Bridge, Huangpu Bridge, Longmen Bridge, and Puyi Bridge.
