李鹏飞,男,2009年博士毕业于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学土木工程专业(交通工程方向),2010年秋季入站,高级工程师,现就职于美国肯塔基大学交通研究中心。曾参加“美国经济刺激计划”资助下的若干交通信号系统升级/设计;缅因州南波特兰市信号系统协调控制策略的设计及优化;南波特兰市的WYNDHAM酒店交通影响评估等项目。具体负责分析及调整位于缅因州南波特兰市百老汇路城市干道的智能交通管理系统目,为北京奥运公园总体规划海外合作团队核心成员。发表多篇学术论文:《Stochastic Dilemma Hazard Model at High-speed Signalized Intersections》,《Journal of Transportation Engineering》(SCI);《Simulation-based Optimization of Maximum Green Setting Under Retrospective Approximation Framework》,《Transportation Research Record》;《A Markov Process Based Dilemma Zone Protection Algorithm》,Proceedings of the 2009 Winter Simulation Conference(EI);《A Generic Evaluation Method for Traffic Signal Phase Truncation Installation at Signalized Intersections》,12th International IEEE Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems(EI);《Advanced Real-time Intersection Data Collection System for Safety Evaluation》,12th International IEEE Conference on Intelligent Transportation Systems(EI);《Evaluating Green-extension Policies using Reinforcement Learning and Markovian Traffic State Estimation》,《Transportation Research Record》 (SCI)等。
