李鹏飞，男，2009年博士毕业于美国弗吉尼亚理工大学土木工程专业（交通工程方向），即将通过审核入站，高级工程师，现就职于美国缅因州波特兰市Sebago 科技公司。
曾参加”美国经济刺激计划”资助下的若干交通信号系统升级/设计，缅因州南波特兰市信号系统协调控制策略的设计及优化，南波特兰市的WYNDHAM酒店交通影响评估等项，具体负责分析及调整位于缅因州南波特兰市百老汇路城市干道的智能交通管理系统目，为北京奥运公园总体规划海外合作团队核心成员。
