On the night of October 29th, the alumi & freshman gala of School of Transportation opened at Jiaotingbiao Stadium. The deputy director general of Student Affairs Department Ms Xu Jin, the Deputy Secretary of School of Transportation Ms Chen Yi, the school consellors and teachers all attended the show. What worth mentioning is that the gala was on live at Douyu Platform synchronously.
The gala started with “Sunflower”, performed by JOIN Guitar Club, followed by the dancing and rap performance "Luck is coming", causing a hot response from the audience. Four shining hosts walked to the front stage and declared the gala begined. The light went on and the whole stadium looked warm and spectacular.
Then three touching songs by Class 21A72, 212161 and 21A177 of freshmen moved the audience deeply. The drama played by JOIN Drama Club "Royal Casino" was entertaining and "Ghost Princess" brought in a peaceful and pure music.
All the wonderful performances have brought the audience into the early memories of the days they first went to Southeast University. Those military training days full of hardship and laughter and the old school days of sweat and tears are precious memories of all the alumni, and for young freshmen, college life is full of challenges and expectations. At the end of the gala, the most expected dance performed by the heads of student union and art troupe was pushing the gala to the highest point.
In this special evening the "Love in 2017, we are together" gala has brought alumni and freshmen together, with laughters and tears. We hope tomorrow we are bravely facing new challenges and chasing our dreams. Lets run!
