Margarita Greene, Architect and Master in Sociology from the Catholic University of Chile (UC) and Ph.D. from University College London (UCL) is Full Professor at the UC School of Architecture, and Principal Researcher at the Centre for Sustainable Urban Development (CEDEUS). Her areas of specialization include incremental construction, vulnerable neighbourhoods, social housing, urban design and collective space. She has led numerous research projects and consultancies at the national and international level. Her work has been characterized by its interdisciplinarity approach, by the use of complementary methodologies –including space syntax–and its orientation to public policy.
