The 23rd COTA International Conference of Transportation Professionals (CICTP 2023) was successfully held from July 15th to 17th, 2023 at Beijing University of Technology. The conference was hosted by Beijing University of Technology, and was supported by institutions such as the China Highway and Transportation Society and the Teaching Steering Committee of Higher Education Institutions for Transportation and Logistics. The theme of the conference was Intelligent, Low Carbon, Interconnected: Technological Innovation Empowers Sustainable Transportation, aiming to promote the development of sustainable transportation and explore technological innovations in intelligent, low carbon, and interconnected transportation.
